I removed any acne, changed the lip color, softened the skin texture, decreased the neck size, fixed the eyelashes, changed the color of the eye brows, and brightened the eye whites. I added the flower because I thought it looked pretty.
 
When I shot this outfit, I new I would change the color in post. Working in RAW is the best. I like to remove some of the saturation, play with the highlights, curves, etc.
 
This pictures show how using filters, liquify, and curves can change you photo.   This beautiful model was having some acne problems so I cleaned everything up in photoshop CS3.

My Hensel Portable flash did not fire so my photo was very dark. Thanks to working in RAW, I was able to lighten and manipulate the photo until I got a look that I really liked.

The original photo is beautiful. I was just trying for something a little edgier.
